Lump is gone and has not returned, I am free of physcial pain, and I fully understand how my body communicates from my emotional well-being.

Individual Healing Sessions

Working one-on-one, the tools and healing journey is catered specifically to your personal pains, patterns, and experiences. Women and men who participate in 1:1 Inner Healing Coaching save their marriages, heal broken hearts, increase sales, ask for pay increases/promotions, have closer relationships with their children, know when to end a relationship, and more (yes, how we show up in any space is impacted by our energy and if you haven't faced your pains, it could be limiting you in ways you didn't even know)

Christina “Xtina” Jogoleff, M.A. is an Inner Healing Coach and Abolition Activist. She is dedicated to the quantum dismantlement of the ways in which we internalize systems of imprisonment, slavery, and colonization in order to bring a revolutionary way of being into existence.

As a white skinned Chicanx born and raised in Southeast San Diego, she was born into a family ridden with alcohol, narcotic, and physical abuse. Xtina was the first in her family of six to attend college, graduated magna cum laude from UCSC with a dual B.A.in Feminist Studies and Political Science, and earned her M.A. in Ethnic Studies at UCR. While a doctoral student, her graduate research on gendered incarceration and histories of science received two national fellowships (Ford Foundation’s Pre-Doctoral Fellowship and The National Science Foundation’s Graduate Research Fellowship). Her community activism addressed/s recidivism and alternatives to incarceration.

While facilitating restorative healing and self-empowerment circles for formerly incarcerated women in South LA, she realized her passion for inner healing, left her doctoral program, and started her own business. As a result of working with Xtina, her clients understand their worth, remove limiting belief patterns, heal broken relationships, and courageously step into their authentic power.
Xtina currently collaborates with Prisoner From the Inside Out, a nationwide non-profit to empower those who are incarcerated, and local organizations: RISE San Diego an urban leadership academy, Project Aware Enterprises that teaches emotional literacy to youth, and other local non-profits and businesses of color.
